Photographer, Videographer, UAV PilotGrowing up in Tasmania, Chris has been passionate about photography, camping and spending time outdoors all his life. With world heritage-listed lush rainforests on his doorstep, not to mention an enviable lifestyle many mainlanders dream about, Chris thrived on hanging out with his camera.
Chris met Kara after graduating from the University of Tasmania with a Master of Fine Arts and Design. Both were determined to start their own business in the creative industry, and they chose to return to Kara’s hometown Geelong.
When Chris isn’t photographing your next real estate listing, flying his drone over the Bellarine, you will find him at the footy or spending time camping with his mates.
Chris, Kara, and their little boy, Zach, live in Bannockburn, The Golden Plains.

Production CoordinatorKara graduated with honours from La Trobe University, setting her sights on a career in the media industry. Before launching Abode with Chris, Kara spent several years working as a production coordinator in the Netherlands.
Between helping our clients and planning the next session, Kara loves dancing and yoga (sometimes listening to Dolly Parton). On the occasional night out, Kara loves seeing a musical and discovering new chocolate boutiques in Melbourne. At the same time, she has her hands full as Mumma to Zach.
